Click Refresh Numbers to create a filled puzzle. Then click on some numbers in the filled puzzle to make them givens (they will be green and also appear in the partially filled puzzle). If you set a pattern then selecting cells will also select the others needed to make the pattern.
If there are other numbers that can be determined based on the numbers you have set as given, then they will be highlighted in yellow (requiring harder techniques) or orange (simple techniques possible). Continue adding cells until the entire puzzle is solvable (no more white cells), looks good, and has the desired difficulty level.
A string with the generated puzzle will be displayed. The string has the initial puzzle followed by a comma and then the completed puzzle. It goes left to right and then top to bottom with "." representing blanks. A link to the puzzle on the Triplelog website is also included.
